Poor customer service, they speak badly to you, they do not explain correctly, if you indicate that it is not clear they get upset and repeat you in an arrogant manner, they talk among themselves laughing and as soon as they have to assist you they change their attitude to annoyance. Really do something, it's a strong brand with delicious ice cream to have such incompetent staff serving this branch.

The super rich ice cream, the attention of the staff is arrogant, they close before the now established one, the trainer for wanting to close earlier, does not put the ingredients or portions that go in the promotion, nutrisa for being a recognized brand, should pay attention to the treatment of their staff to customers.

My ice cream was very delicious but the service was not very good for us and the price is high☺️ I know they can improve I love their ice cream

Terrible customer service, they don't even say hello, they stare at you until you say hello and place the order. I had already placed my order and until the moment I was going to pay they told me that there is no card payment... the ice creams are very delicious but they should train their staff.

The workers are very rude, they don't understand something very simple like the order of the toppings, it's incredible to me that they don't know something so simple.
